Exceptions:

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options for U.S. customers:

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the US. If you are interested in international shipping please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package is in transit, Peppy Pens is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
